How we work

Open and transparent
through a trusted portal

GSI operates on a digital-first model. All compliance activities are managed through our secure client portal — giving manufacturers real-time visibility of their file status, findings, and certification progress.

48-hour technical file review AI-assisted analysis compresses multi-week compliance reviews. Complete, well-structured technical files receive a gap analysis within 48 hours.
🔒
Zero-retention security Manufacturer IP is processed in a stateless, encrypted environment and permanently purged after analysis. Your blueprints never leave the secure perimeter.
Human decision authority All certificates are signed by a qualified Authorised Signatory. The AI surfaces findings — the engineer makes the determination. We do not automate certification.
📋
Immutable audit trail Every action is timestamped, geolocated, and user-attributed in real time. WORM-archived records provide an unimpeachable evidence base for every certificate issued.
🌐
Global reach, local expertise Our international network of authorised inspectors enables on-site witnessing wherever your facility is located — from Europe to China.
Why manufacturers choose GSI

Traditional Notified Bodies return findings after 4–8 weeks. By that point, a minor error restarts the entire cycle. GSI's portal surfaces non-conformances in real time, giving your team the opportunity to resolve issues before they become delays.

48h File review turnaround
100% Digital audit trail
4 Accreditation standards
EU+ Geographic scope

48-hour turnaround applies to complete technical files. Complex or incomplete submissions may require additional time.
